On June 22, a global executive delegation from Halliburton, one of the world's top three oilfield service companies, visited Hangzhou Fairoak Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenkai Fenghe"), a majority-controlled subsidiary of Shenkai, for an on-site inspection and business exchange.
The delegation included Luis Bustillo, Global Operations Manager; Adel Orfy, Global Assets Manager; Reinaldo Irahola, Global Technical Services Manager; Marvin Batres, Technical Team Manager; and Wu Xiaowei, Country Manager for Wireline & Perforating, China. Zhou Jianwen, General Manager of Shenkai Fenghe, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and expressed sincere gratitude for Halliburton’s continued trust and support over the years.
During the symposium, Shenkai Fenghe presented its core product portfolio, industry certifications, and integrated support service system. The two sides reviewed the progress of ongoing joint projects and conducted in-depth discussions on the pathways and frameworks for deepening strategic cooperation in the medium and long term.
After the meeting, the Halliburton delegation toured Shenkai Fenghe’s manufacturing facilities, visiting production workshops and final assembly sites. The team closely observed the machining areas, assembly stations, dedicated supporting production lines, and specialized zones for precision testing and performance calibration.At each critical process station, the delegation closely followed the entire manufacturing workflow of core products, gaining insights into the operational standards of production equipment and testing instruments at every step. They also inquired in detail about process specifications, production control criteria, and the quality inspection and performance testing mechanisms throughout the entire production process—gaining a comprehensive view of Shenkai Fenghe’s manufacturing capability and quality assurance systems.
This visit fully reflects Halliburton’s strong recognition of Shenkai Fenghe’s overall capabilities and lays a solid foundation for further in-depth collaboration. The two parties exchanged extensive views on cooperation frameworks and priority areas and reached broad consensus on multiple fronts. Looking ahead, both sides will uphold a win-win partnership philosophy, continue to explore cooperation potential, expand diversified business scenarios, and join forces to pursue high-quality, synergistic growth.
